The Compensation Office/Disability Insurance Office of Zug commissioned us to develop a holistic artistic concept for their interiors. In nature, there are cycles comparable to the financial cycle of the Swiss pension system. This idea inspired us: A tree grows from the basement through all three floors. Using a digital drawing tool, each of the 104 employees designed their own leaf, becoming part of the overall installation.
